INITIAL APPOINTMENT: We will meet with you at your home to discuss the project, review any plans you have and inspect the site.  If you need an architect, we can easily refer you to a well qualified professional in the area.  We have had great success with several architects and designers and are always happy to collaborate with you and your design professionals.

BID PREPARATION AND CONTRACT: We pride ourselves in preparing detailed and straightforward estimates and we know you want the best value for your dollar.  When we prepare a bid, we visualize your project from the beginning to end, consider all available options and make sure our subcontractors have all necessary information so that the bid is accurate. We then deliver you a detailed document that explains every element of the proposed work and contract price in plain language.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING: It is our practice to meet with you before construction begins to review the contract and job specifications and, more importantly, discuss your expectations.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every aspect of the process and we have found that consistent communication is essential.  We will obtain all necessary permits for your project.
